Before booking, you agree to accept our terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions - To preserve and maintain a laid-back atmosphere in each flat, we do not allow : Persons under 18 year of age or above 28, stag parties, international soccerfans and large groups of males (6 persons or more). Read the above carefully because in the event of a false booking, there will be no check in nor will there be a refund. - Reservations can only be made with a Mastercard or Visa credit card. For the monthly stay, contact us by e-mail for availability and reservation. If you wish to extend your stay, you have to make a second reservation for the extending dates. - After making the reservation, you will receive an e-mail, with all your booking details, a reference number and some details about your stay at Lucky Youth. This is your confirmation. - We reply to all e-mails and reservation requests, even if the flats are all fully booked. - We are aware that the Lucky Youth formula offers many advantages to our costumers at a very competitive price. The proof is in the growing number of daily reservations.We reserve beds in our apartments in order to honor our engagements with you. For your part, we ask that we also respect your engagement to us. In the past, certain people made reservations but never presented themselves at the meeting-point with the hostess. Please do your best to show up or let us know timely if you are not arriving that day! - Since the guests are not allowed to let people into the flats without the presence of a Lucky Youth hostess, it is not possible to go to the flat on your own when you arrive to Paris. - When you make a reservation on our secure server, your credit card is not charged : You will only pay your stay at your arrival at the flat, when you are handed the keys and your receipt. Given the very special nature of our accomodation, we are only able to accept payments in cash in euros at this time. We will come with you to the closest ATM if you need to withdraw. - Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your arrival. If you cancel after this time, your credit card will be charged for 30 % of the amount of your stay. - Because our schedules are precise, you must arrive on time. Nevertheless, we understand that trains and planes may be delayed. In that case, please advise us by calling the emergency number which will appear on your reservation email and we will arrange to meet you later that day. To permit us to function properly, this mustn't be abused, and Lucky Youth will verify that the train or flight was in fact delayed. - In case of No-show, your credit card is charged for 50 % of your stay. - The Lucky Youth Management & Staff reserve the right to refuse anyone.
